Position Summary:The successful candidate will maintain a positive and professional attitude in interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, while demonstrating prompt and regular attendance. They will collaborate effectively with the lead teacher through weekly planning meetings, actively support classroom instruction, and assist with small group teaching. The candidate will follow the lead teacher's lesson plans, participate in professional development, manage daily attendance reporting, and prepare classroom materials and supplies. Additionally, they will supervise students during recess, lunch, and transitions, support lead teachers during parent meetings, and assist with special activities like community meetings and field trips.
