Qualificações

• Must hold valid Illinois Substitute Teaching License or Professional Educator's License.
• LBS1 Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver standards-based lessons across core subjects.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding progress and needs.

• Coordinate with special education staff to support diverse learners.
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote respect and responsibility.
• Participate in professional development and school activities.
