Job summary

Brookline Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Sub Paraprofessional for the RISE program at Roland Hayes School in Brookline, MA. Under supervision of certified staff, you will provide 1:1 and small-group instructional support to students with disabilities.

This role requires collaboration with teachers and therapists, data collection, and involvement in activities across home, school, and community settings. Expected to meet IEP goals and support inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the field.
• At least 2 years prior experience with students with similar disabilities.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain BT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional services under supervision, 1:1 and small groups.
• Support inclusion in regular classroom settings as needed.
• Maintain daily notes and data on student performance and behavior.
• Assist with daily living activities and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement strategies.
