What You Need:

• Ability to work successfully with students, staff, administrators and community members
• Daily, In-person attendance and ability to be organized and work collaboratively with students, staff and families

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill requirements of the district’s curriculum and reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles
• Establish a system of student evaluation within the guidelines prescribed in state law or adopted by the district; continually evaluate and record various aspects of students’ progress and report to parents as needed
• Provide a variety of planned learning experiences using a variety of media and methods in order to motivate students and best utilize available time for instruction
• Understand diversity of student needs and provide supplemental programming or instruction
• Communicate effectively with parents as needed
• Provide a structured, orderly, safe, and respectful environment for students
• Perform other reasonably related duties
