Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LTC regulations and electronic health record systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and with a team.
• Familiarity with LTC regulations and electronic health record systems.
• Experience with PioneerRx or FrameworkLTC.

Responsibilities

• Processing and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulation.
• Provides direction and guidance to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Support quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
