Phoenix Pharmacy Solutions in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. You will work closely with the Pharmacist to maintain and improve pharmacy services and ensure accurate medication orders.

As an employee-owner through our ESOP, you share in the company's success and growth. Requirements include Louisiana license, 2+ years of pharmacy experience, and experience with PioneerRx/FrameworkLTC if possible.

Competenze

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
• 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience; billing experience and prior authorization knowledge preferred
• Experience with PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar system preferred
• Able to type >45 wpm
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
• Understanding of workflow processes and ability to adapt accordingly to changes
• Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs
• Self‑Motivated and able to work autonomously to ensure completion of tasks
• Able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
