Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Long Term Care RN to join our team in Las Vegas, NM. The nurse will provide care in long-term care and/or assisted living facilities, with emphasis on clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-centered coordination.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state, LTC experience or certification preferred, CPR if applicable, and meet health and regulatory requirements. This assignment offers competitive weekly pay with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• LTC experience preferred.
• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilities in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices


• LTC experience preferred


• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred


• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice


• Current CPR if applicable


• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable


• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)


• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements


• Must be at least 18 years of age
