Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignment in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The RN delivers patient care in long term care and/or assisted living settings, applying clinical judgment and critical thinking under supervision to coordinate care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, LTC experience preferred, CPR if applicable, and adherence to professional standards.

Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN)

Setting: Healthcare Facilities

Job Type: Travel

Pay: $1950 / Week

Hours: 32.00

Location: Manitowoc, WI

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices

• LTC experience preferred

• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
