Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive care in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living facilities in Seymour, Indiana. Qualifications

• LTC experience preferred.

• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide care delivery in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking and coordination of patient care.
• Ensure nursing standards are met and supervise aspects of patient care as applicable.

Location: Seymour, IN

The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilities in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices


• LTC experience preferred


• LTC or Assisted living certification preferred


• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
