Job summary

Teva in Fresno, CA is seeking a Long Term Care Associate Account Manager to represent our psychiatry products within LTC accounts and collaborate with Teva’s local sales teams to implement access strategies in the territory. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred.
• Record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in LTC networking and local pull-through.
• Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology.
• Ability to travel as required, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Candidate must be able to pass background, motor and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
• Demonstrate business acumen through analysis to identify, create, and quantify business opportunities in relevant Society meetings.
• Have a working knowledge of the long term care industry and established relationships within it.
• Monitor account performance to drive incremental psychiatry product sales and ensure compliance.
• Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
• Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership.
