Job summary

US3090 Sygma Illinois (The Sygma Network, Inc) seeks a licensed tractor-trailer driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers along long-haul routes. You will adhere to DOT regulations, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure accurate logs and on-time deliveries.

The role involves overnight travel to states such as PA, FL, OH and other locations, with weekend work and variable start times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of tractor-trailer driving school accepted in lieu of or in addition to high school diploma.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazmat guidelines; safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer location according to route and deliveries.
• Ensures paperwork (logs, inspections, invoices) is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintains food safety protocols and vehicle safety standards per guidelines.
• Communicates route or loading issues to management and adheres to scheduled hours.
