Lamar Media Corp is seeking a Logos Graphic Design Administrator in Baton Rouge, LA to convert artwork into production-ready design files and proofs.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and General Managers to deliver logo art layouts, PDF proofs for approval, and fabrication-ready details, supporting both design and fabrication teams. The role emphasizes attention to color accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Produce logo art layouts using predetermined templates defined by state specifications.
• Work with Account Executives to support the completion of art designs.
• Create PDF proofs for customer approval.
• Check proofs against Pantone swatches for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the fabrication division to ensure artwork details are in proper fabrication format.
• Assist with the design and completion of logo signing proposal bids.
• Assist with the design and completion of other documents and projects as assigned by management.
• Provide direct support to the production and fabrication side of the business.
