The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and at least one year of related experience, with a hybrid office model in Baton Rouge. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication standards.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into design from concept to completion.
