Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead yard operations, oversee delivery and receiving, and supervise yard and delivery personnel. The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a building-products environment.

You will coordinate loads, manage inventories, and ensure timely shipments under the direction of the Branch Manager. A strong emphasis on communication and leadership is required to drive performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of traffic operations experience preferred but not required.
• Multi-vehicle scheduling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Furnishes a load list with truck loading instructions and delivery sequence to yard personnel.
• Coordinates daily pre-staging of loads and the following day’s schedules ensuring quick in-and-out times of trucks on second and third runs.
• Conducts and/or supervises cycle counts and physical inventories and is responsible for accurate reporting of results.
• Supervises and maintains purchasing and receiving processes as established by the Company.
