Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE - USA is seeking an associate for all aspects of the assembly process in a 2nd shift role. Responsibilities include stocking, pulling parts, assembling, restocking, packing and general cleanup.

Applicants must follow ISO Quality processes, safety rules, and company policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with attention to accuracy and safety.

About The Role

• Maintain parts stock between assembly cells, putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, restock, receiving, and general clean up.
• Must comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions for job, all Company Safety rules, and all other Company rules, policies and procedures.
• Assess each situation and do not perform any tasks which s/he feels is unsafe, on which s/he has not received training, or engage in any unsafe work practices. Report any unsafe condition to his/her manager.
• Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area.
• Monitor the work area for cleanliness.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour + 10% Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd Shift

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
