Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Shipping & Fulfillment Associate who is eager to join our hardworking team. You will be responsible for quality control, packing, labeling, and shipping. This is an extremely detail oriented position requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Perform an array of function that may include receiving and processing incoming product stock and materials, verifying and filling orders with accuracy, packing and shipping orders, optimize and coordinate full order cycle with accuracy, organize stock and maintain inventory, inspect product for quality assurance. Help with general cleaning assignments. Light Clerical

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process, generate shipping labels, package, and ship orders accurately

· Check, verify, and fill customer invoices

· Printing and assembling literature

· Unpacking,sorting, inspecting inventory efficiently and thoughtfully

· Inform sales team of any shipping delays or errors

· Receive shipments, then manage and maintain accurate records of warehouse and shipping supplies for inventory

· Processing returns and shipping replacement orders

· Communicate well with others, cooperate with supervisors and coworkers and report any potential problems

· Follow quality control standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders

REQUIREMENTS

· Basic math and computer skills required - must be comfortable working in Microsoft office and completing basic tasks in our internal company software system.

· Working experience as a warehouse worker packing, shipping & fulfillment ideal but not necessary

· Dependable and Reliable, efficiency and conscientiousness are essential - we are looking for an associate who can work with urgency but without error.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

· Must be very organized and detail oriented, with organizational and time management skills

· High School Degree

· Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 pounds)
