What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations.
3. Replenishing sales space according to visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Picking goods for customers promptly, ensuring high quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
5. Following store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
6. Promoting an environment that reflects IKEA’s culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.
