Job summary

Sirmax North America, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate and optimize logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and production supply. You will oversee transportation, inventory accuracy, and collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and ERP experience (SAP preferred). You will manage Warehouse Operators, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation and warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating warehouse or logistics teams.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, warehousing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee logistics and warehouse operations.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers and address delays.
• Plan and optimize shipments, loads and transportation activities.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and material flows for production.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels; coordinate stock checks.
• Oversee execution of customer orders and proper processing in the system.
• Manage shipping/transport documentation and entry in SAP.
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Customer Service and Purchasing.
• Supervise Warehouse Operators and allocate resources efficiently.
