Job summary

Trelleborg’s Engineered Coated Fabrics operation seeks an on-site Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory, and support production needs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, SAP-based inventory control, 5S compliance, and coordinating freight, with emphasis on accurate paperwork and timely material flow to production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control, material movement, waste management, and organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and support cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure FIFO inventory practices and timely replenishment to production areas.
• Coordinate shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, and schedule freight pickups.
