Trelleborg’s Engineered Coated Fabrics operation is seeking a Department Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager to oversee Make-up and Lamination departments on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate with managers, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
The role requires prior manufacturing and supervisory experience, ERP familiarity (SAP), and strong MS Office skills; on-site work with lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Department Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Make-up and Lamination departments.
Full time, onsite
Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
Starting hourly rate of $31.00 an hour. A .50 an hour increase is given after 90 days of employment. A $3,000 retention bonus will be paid out in $1,000 increments at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
