Trelleborg’s Engineered Coated Fabrics division is seeking a Coating Machine Operator in Monson, MA. You will set up and run coating equipment to apply urethane coatings on nylon textile, ensure machine conditions, and perform inline quality checks.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Coating Machine Operator is responsible for responsible for setting up and operating machinery and equipment with specified materials or solution(s).
Job Type: Full time, onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:45pm - 7am
Compensation: Starting hourly rate of $22.00 an hour with a $4.00 an hour shift differential . A .50 an hour increase is given after 90 days of employment. A $3,000 retention bonus will be paid out in $1,000 increments at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
