Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. seeks a dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee our Plymouth, Indiana facility. You will lead daily warehouse operations, manage inbound and outbound logistics, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high safety standards.

You will coach and develop warehouse staff, implement process improvements, and drive efficiencies while maintaining strict food safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience with inventory control.
• 1–3 years in food manufacturing.
• 1–2 years inbound/outbound logistics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Partner with production, quality, and customer service teams.
• Oversee material staging, inventory counts, and reconciliation.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Utilize SAP to track materials and maintain accuracy.
