Job summary

Biblioso is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Redmond to orchestrate the receipt, storage, and last-mile delivery of assets from domestic and international vendors. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, tracking status, coordinating with procurement and suppliers, and reducing lead times while complying with OSHA standards. Proficiency in MS Office and forklift operation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations and teams.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts.
• Experience coordinating shipments and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and storage of assets from domestic and international sources.
• Receive freight, update inventory tools, and ensure proper storage of hardware.
• Create POs for labs and suppliers; resolve exceptions and track status.
• Operate forklift and courier van; train team on equipment.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant processes and document maintenance.
