Job summary

Biblioso is seeking a Logistics Assistant - Warehouse on site in Redmond, WA. You will help move, receive, store, and deliver hardware assets across domestic and international sites, with hands-on training in warehouse operations and logistics.

The internship favors candidates pursuing a degree in logistics or related fields, with interest in hardware environments. Strong Excel/Office skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are desirable, and flexibility to support multiple logistics functions

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Interest in logistics, warehouse, or hardware operations.
• Willing to learn domestic and international shipping operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments across company locations, suppliers, and partners.
• Support shipping escalations and assist with customs clearance.
• Assist with POs to enable shipment movement and track status.
• Support receiving, storage, and inventory updates in the system.
• Provide flexible coverage across logistics functions as needed.
