Job summary

Cencora in Cary, NC is seeking an Associate Operator in Logistics & Transportation to support warehouse flow, inventory accuracy, and safe operations. Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, at 13000 Weston Pkwy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, order fulfillment, customer service operations, or a related field required.
• Certification in logistics operations, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries materials and positions inventory to maintain organized and efficient warehouse flow.
• Verifies shipment details and confirms accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
• Records inventory movements and updates systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments
• Observes equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
• Coordinates with team members to align on task requirements and execution priorities.
• Detects discrepancies or delays and escalates them with relevant details for resolution.
