• Track invoices billed to Transportation for accurate billing.
• Review driver time cards for accuracy and payroll correctness.
• Handle calls from customers, drivers, sales, and customer service concerning deliveries.
• Process C.O.D.s.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and attend to all assigned tasks.
