Job summary

Offen Petroleum, Inc. in Hurricane, Utah is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate truck movements and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

You will develop daily driver routes, monitor dispatch programs and GPS, and act as the liaison between sales, supply teams and drivers. This role requires 2–3 years dispatch experience, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of freight/truck dispatching experience, preferably in fuel industry.
• Flexible schedule; able to work nights and weekends; up to 12-hour shifts; on-call as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input daily driver routes into dispatch routing system.
• Monitor dispatch programs, GPS, and driver communications.
• Schedule loads for inventory managed accounts.
• Maintain contact with drivers for delivery updates.
• Act as liaison between sales/supply teams and drivers.
• Prepare invoices for review.
• Provide drivers with pin numbers, customer requests, and equipment needs.
• Escalate pertinent information when needed.
