Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Columbus is seeking a Training Specialist, Operations to coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and clients on site. The programs include quality control, work procedures, safety/HR topics, and ongoing competency development.

You will develop role-specific training in systems and leadership, support employees, monitor progress, and ensure documentation is up to date, with ISO and 5-Star standards to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years warehousing or logistics experience preferred.
• 1-year clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses for DSV and the client.
• Develop competency training in systems and leadership areas.
• Plan and deliver OJT training to meet needs.
• Enter training information into the data base.
• Ensure training programs meet ISO and 5-Star requirements.
