Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Independence, KY, is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training programs on site, covering quality control, safety, HR, and operations. The role supports client requirements and develops competency trainings for systems and leadership.

You will maintain training records, oversee on-the-job training, and work with management to align training with ISO and 5-Star standards, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• 1-year clerical experience required.
• English language skills required (reading/writing/verbal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and the client.
• Develop competency training for systems and leadership development.
• Onboard new Associates and provide refresher training on site policies.
• Monitor training plans, measure achievements, and report results.
• Ensure training information is entered into the database and audit-ready.
