The ideal candidate will coordinate materials for training sessions, track employee progress, and assist in the use of Learning Management Systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a minimum of 2 years in training development is required. Notably, this role supports professional growth within a well-structured and supportive logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of training activities and needs.
• Track employee participation and assessment results.
• Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions.
• Assist employees in using Learning Management System.
• Conduct needs assessments and focus groups.
