The ideal candidate will coordinate materials for training sessions, track employee progress, and assist in the use of Learning Management Systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with a minimum of 2 years in training development is required. Notably, this role supports professional growth within a well-structured and supportive logistics environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
Experience in logistics industry preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain records of training activities and needs.
Track employee participation and assessment results.
Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions.
Assist employees in using Learning Management System.
Conduct needs assessments and focus groups.
