A leading logistics provider is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to facilitate training for new and current employees. In this role, you will create and enhance training programs, leveraging your experience in the third-party transportation industry. Ideal candidates should have relevant industry experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal skills. This position requires full-time office presence in Chattanooga, TN, Atlanta, GA, or Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in 3rd party transportation required.
• Previous experience in sales strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn FitzMark's Transportation Management System.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training programs to develop job skills in the transportation industry.
• Present training material using diverse formats and methods.
• Coordinate with teams to enhance training programs.
