Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks a Warehouse Training Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS to lead training programs for a large hourly workforce. You will oversee onboarding, certification, and ongoing development to ensure safety and productivity across multiple departments.

You’ll manage Training Specialists and SMEs, coordinate across Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, and CM22, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

The Warehouse Training Supervisor position is a critical role within the Hyve Solutions Operations and Training organization and is essential to maintaining operational effectiveness, safety compliance, and workforce readiness. This position directly oversees the execution of all warehouse training programs, including New Hire Orientation (NHO), process training, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification, recertification, compliance training, and ongoing employee development initiatives. The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Training Specialists and coordinating Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple operational departments, including Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, RMA, WOP, and CM22. This role supports the onboarding and development of a large hourly workforce, ensuring associates are trained, certified, and capable of meeting operational productivity and quality standards. From a business perspective, maintaining this position is necessary to support site productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics. The Training Supervisor plays a key role in reducing turnover by improving the onboarding experience, accelerating time-to-productivity for new hires, and ensuring consistent process execution across all departments. The role also ensures compliance with OSHA requirements, PIT certification standards, and internal safety policies, mitigating operational risk and potential liability. Additionally, the Training Supervisor is responsible for monitoring training effectiveness through audits, certifications, coaching, and performance metrics. These activities directly impact inventory accuracy, quality performance, safety incidents, productivity attainment, and overall customer satisfaction. Without dedicated leadership in this area, the site would face increased risk of training deficiencies, inconsistent process execution, reduced operational efficiency, and higher compliance exposure. The position carries leadership responsibility for the Training Department and provides support to hundreds of associates annually through onboarding, certification, retraining, cross-training, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives. As the facility continues to grow and new associates onboard while maintaining high customer expectations, this role remains essential to supporting workforce scalability, operational excellence, and sustained business performance.
