Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or international supply chain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Creates comprehensive purchase and sales contracts for zinc by-product transactions; posts sales orders into the company database.
• Prepares regulatory and customs documentation for overseas shipments (BOL, ST, Wood/Non-Wood Declarations, Insurance Certificates).
• Monitors and tracks containers and domestic freight; resolves transit delays with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Prepares complex trade settlements, issues invoices, and coordinates with accounting for billing and revenue recognition.
• Cross trains with Sales and Trading Departments to provide backup support and align capacity with goals.
• Handles sensitive market, pricing, and supplier data with tact and confidentiality.
