Overview
The Logistics Associate is responsible for providing timely and accurate distribution of medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas and throughout the Carle organization. This includes activities such as receiving, distributing bulk and unit of measure deliveries, managing 2-bin inventory systems, controlling inventory levels, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves the use of various technologies, including bar code scanning, electronic receiving and delivery systems, and chain of custody tools. The associate demonstrates high levels of commitment and service to support patient care operations. Additionally, the associate assists in courier duties, transporting mail, supplies, bank deposits, pharmaceuticals, and lab specimens to Carle and non-Carle facilities.

Compensation and Benefits
