Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company Inc is seeking a warehouse forklift operator to move finished product from production to cooler storage. You will perform pre-shift checks, ensure FIFO loading, safely operate equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, ability to read instructions, and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification. Overtime and weekend work may be required; emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-shift forklift inspections and submit daily paperwork.
• Ensure product rotation using FIFO loading system.
• Operate all equipment safely including low-lift trucks.
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness per SQF guidelines.
• Ensure paperwork for pre/post shift activities is complete.
• Log finished product in inventory on cooler racks.
