Job summary

Milo's Tea Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move finished product from production to storage, using forklifts and pallet jacks. You will follow FIFO procedures, inspect trailers, and maintain accurate inventory records under SQF guidelines.

The role requires basic math, attention to safety, and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. This position supports our fast-growing beverage operations and corporate responsibility efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year related experience or training.
• A valid driver's license and forklift and electric pallet jack certification required upon placement.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper rotation of product using FIFO system.
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness per SQF guidelines.
• Log finished product in inventory and manage paperwork for pre/post shift activities.
• Assist with cycle counts, material staging, and stock transitions.
• Distribute product donations as requested.
