Job summary

Milo's Tea Company Inc is seeking a dedicated warehouse technician to move finished products, rotate stock using FIFO, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect trailers, and ensure daily logs and cleanliness meet SQF and internal standards in a fast-paced facility.

Eligible candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, one year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and forklift/pallet jack certification upon placement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum one year related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic math.
  • Valid driver’s license and forklift and electric pallet jack certification required on placement.

Responsibilities

  • Move finished product from production to cooler racking for storage.
  • Rotate product using FIFO system and inspect trailers for cleanliness.
  • Log inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure dock locks are used and forklifts are charged before shift end.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety per guidelines; report defects and issues.

We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact Recruiting@drinkmilos.com.Position Summary:Responsible for the proper movement of finished product from production to the cooler racking for storage.Responsibilities:Complete pre-shift inspection of forklifts and submit required daily inspection paperwork.Ensure proper rotation of product is loaded using FIFO system.Operate all equipment in a safe manner including but not limited to powered or manual low-lift trucksInspect trailers for cleanliness based on SQF guidelines.Ensure all paperwork has been completed for pre/post shift activities.Log finished product in inventory when placed on cooler racks.Ensure assigned areas is cleaned and sanitized per SSO guidelines.Ensure utilization of dock locks when loading trucks.Ensure all forklifts are placed on charge before leaving for the day.Inspect loading equipment for defects and report deficiencies to management.Inspect trailers meet required temperature of 36 degrees before loading product.Assist with cycle counts, material staging, and stock transitions.Responsible for the distribution of product donations as requested.Record and process inventory transactions of all materials (inbound, outbound stock movements within the appropriate system.Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.This position has responsibilities related to Food Quality and Safety.Supervisory:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic mathematical functions.A valid driver’s license and a forklift and electric pallet jack certification will be required upon job placement.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
