Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead production flow, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement within the cost center. You will participate in daily stand-ups, manage visual tools, and ensure safety and quality standards across shifts.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse environment, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AMS/L.F.lean methods. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, and AMS tools.
• Knowledge of operations, processes, and equipment.
• Basic computer skills for daily tasks.
• Ability to work varied shifts with notice.
• Must stand 8+ hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production flow while meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance standards.
• Provide coaching and facilitate training to develop team members.
• Complete standard work, control plan audits, and ensure corrective actions.
• Participate in projects, Kaizens, and continuous improvement actions as SME.
• Lead daily T1/FLM stand-up and maintain visual management tools.
