Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes such as 5S and problem-solving methods.
• Knowledge of operations products, processes, and equipment including safety, quality, changeover and setup skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous flow of production to meet planned output while following safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance standards.
• Lead Tier1 meetings; engage Tier1 team and escalate issues to Tier2; coordinate with Value Stream Supervisors.
• Facilitate training and development of production employees; maintain cross-training matrix and move staff to meet business needs.
• Lead AMS projects and maintain visual management tools (PVA, run charts, CI boards) to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
• Provide support to other production areas; participate in audits, cycle counting, and standard work compliance.
