Responsibilities

• Lead the San Diego Logistics team in daily operations of Receiving, Material Stores and Shipping
• Supervise stockroom, receiving and shipping personnel and set work priorities
• Manage personnel activities including hiring, mentoring and disciplinary actions
• Monitor labor and approve overtime; drive KPI performance and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
• Prepare teams and support audits for Customers, internal and external, DCMA, DCAA, and Financial
