Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mount Vernon, IN is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead Tasker for the 1st shift. You will lead a team of taskers, manage waves of orders, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate data and smooth handoffs between receiving, staging, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or warehouse leadership, experience with stand-up equipment, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in data entry and/or dispatch preferred.
• Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility, including Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas, Wave Planning, Auditing, Transportation Clerk, Dispatch.
• This is a working-lead role; you will work alongside your team and be the initial point of contact for associates.
