Job summary

Guest Supply is seeking a logistics professional in New Jersey to supervise the logistics team and manage daily operations. The role focuses on directing inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring policy compliance, and coaching staff for continuous improvement.

The position also covers implementation of domestic transportation processes, collaboration with internal stakeholders on planning, and managing carrier/3PL relationships to optimize service levels and costs across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field is required.
5–8 years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments, including exposure to import/export processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Team supervision and daily operations management (40% of time).
Execute domestic logistics operations and support planning/forecasting (20%).
Support carrier and 3PL relationships, carrier evaluations, and cost control (20%).
Coordinate logistics projects and process improvements, ensuring use of transportation systems and efficiency gains (20%).
