Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center in Ohio is seeking a Lead Logistics Representative to lead a Customer Service team, coordinate shipments, and ensure orders move smoothly from start to finish.

You will supervise Customer Service Representatives, work with warehouse teams, carriers, and vendors to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience and strong WMS, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support all Customer Service Representatives.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Manage customer orders, shipping documentation, and inventory activities within the WMS.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve delivery, scheduling, or inventory issues.
• Plan and release order waves based on priorities, carrier schedules, and warehouse capacity.
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to maintain productivity and service levels.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and daily operations.
