Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Supervisory experience leading warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and company performance goals.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and company safety standards.
• Develop, coach, and lead warehouse associates to build a high-performing team culture.
• Monitor inbound and outbound operations to ensure timely, accurate, and complete shipments.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Conduct team meetings, communicate operational updates, and address performance opportunities.
• Assist with customer service functions, order processing, inventory management, and escalation resolution.
• Track, analyze, and report operational performance and productivity metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Supervisor partners with the General Manager to achieve facility goals and support strategic initiatives.

Schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am on a rotating 2-2-3 Cycle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and company performance goals.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and company safety standards.
• Develop, coach, and lead warehouse associates to build a high-performing team culture.

• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• May operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment based on business needs.
• Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels, heavy machinery, varying temperatures, and both indoor and outdoor work assignments.
