Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks or order pickers.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and drive results.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead team daily and coordinate workload and priorities.
• Interface with customers to capture voice of the customer and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics and carriers to set up expedited shipments.
• Track performance metrics and report on safety, velocity and cost goals.
• Lead problem‑solving events and maintain training matrices.
