Qualifications

• Safety: Conducts daily maintenance and keeps tracking safety logs on equipment.
• Warehouse Management: Directs warehousing activities, tracks inventory and uses real-time inventory software.
• Customer Service Management: Maintains customer-focused service approach and supports problem resolution.
• Coaching Others: Applies coaching to improve skills and provides constructive feedback.
• Effective Communications: Communicates clearly and leads process-improvement dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists for material handling.
• Lead meetings with multifunctional teams to track performance and set daily priorities.
• Coordinate with logistics and carriers to expedite shipments and manage zones.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving events and training program oversight.
• Track quality metrics and ensure safety, velocity, cost goals are met.
