Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Piscataway, NJ, within the Global Information Technology (GIT) organization. The role focuses on SAP Warehouse Management to support an end-to-end digital supply chain across NA, Latin America, and Hill's Pet Nutrition, reporting to the Global Applications Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience configuring and implementing SAP Warehouse Management in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical setting with strong batch management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Analyze and resolve requests using existing technologies aligned with GIT strategies.
• Identify new techniques and technologies to add value to business and IT.
• Lead implementation of global bundles for NA, Hill's Pet Nutrition, and Latin America subsidiaries.
• Communicate project information effectively to the team.
• Ensure compliance with GIT governance practices.
• Plan and lead multiple complex GIT projects simultaneously.
