Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Applications - Supply Chain to lead the design and delivery of global enterprise logistics solutions. This role collaborates with business stakeholders and oversees 3PL integrations and SAP workflows to optimize data flow and automation.

The position requires 8+ years in IT project management with SAP and a background in CPg or consumer goods. Hybrid work in Piscataway, NJ, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience with SAP systems.
• Experience in consumer goods or CPg industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global IT logistics projects by defining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and technical deliverable tracking.
• Architect and oversee the technical design of 3PL warehouse integrations via EDI and API interfaces as well as SAP replenishment workflows.
• Act as the primary IT liaison to key business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions for Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Management.
• Evaluate enterprise logistics systems and data flows to automate processes, remove technical bottlenecks, and enhance operational data quality across 3PL interfaces.
• Apply Agile project management principles to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with enterprise business priorities.
• Drive global cross-functional alignment and facilitate business participation throughout international project execution.
