Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ seeks a Manager, GSC Logistics Systems to lead the global logistics digital roadmap and drive end-to-end supply chain technology strategy.

You will partner with GPOs, implement SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, manage EDI/API integrations, and develop executive dashboards using BI tools, while promoting process excellence and organizational adoption.

Hybrid role with travel up to 10% and relocation assistance within the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years managing logistics and supply chain systems in global environments.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA (EWM/WMS, TM) and EDI/API architectures.
• Experience with BI tools and executive KPI dashboards.
• Strong PM skills and ability to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead global logistics digital roadmap and alignment with end-to-end goals.
• Develop business cases and evaluate technology with GPOs.
• Drive warehouse automation and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Govern B2B integrations with carriers and 3PLs.
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance, and audit readiness.
• Act as SME for logistics data and KPIs; support continuous improvement.
