Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Collierville, TN is seeking a seasoned Business Applications Advisor to support, configure, and troubleshoot warehouse workflows across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping, leveraging WMS, OMS, and TMS integration.

You will build interactive dashboards in Spotfire and Power BI, validate data across multiple enterprise sources, and partner with business teams to optimize orchestration and integration with ERP and customer systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting or implementing Manhattan WMOS WMS preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet SLAs.
• Clear communication and proactive status updates in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Sterling WMS support, configure, and troubleshoot warehouse workflows across receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping.
• OMS configuration and support for sourcing, allocation, order routing, and exception handling.
• TMS configuration and maintenance for carrier selection, rate management, tendering, and shipment execution.
• Analytics & Reporting: build Spotfire and Power BI dashboards; validate data across WMS/OMS/TMS and ERP.
• Hands-on configuration of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems.
• Participate in implementation and production support of multi-technology systems.
• Gather requirements and design accurate, efficient solutions.
• Analyze and reengineer repetitive failed processes to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure understanding and minimize rework.
• Document requirements and solutions per SDLC; support transitions to daily operations.
